Array is revolutionizing how business leverage and enhance consumer data. Our platform APIs, components, and rules engine helps companies and developers to seamlessly integrate credit and identity data into their apps, websites, or workflows. Founded by serial entrepreneurs (with several exits) and funded by Tier 1 VC firms, we’ve been nearly doubling revenue monthly.
We raised our series A and are looking for passionate and creative teammates to help us scale. If you’re looking for autonomy, impact, and cutting-edge FinTech, we’d love to hear from you. We are fully remote and strive for diverse backgrounds, opinions, and approaches as we build the team. We value respectful dissent, digging for the truth so that we can deliver the best product for our clients and users, continuous improvement, and experimentation. We are looking for people who are passionate about our mission to help companies build solutions that benefit consumers in their financial journey.
Position
We are hiring our first full-time marketer. We're looking for someone to build our marketing function and tell our story. You'll be an IC at first and hire contractors and a team as we scale. In this role, you'll lead product marketing and content marketing. We are looking for someone who is proficient in both of these areas and has a deep understanding of how all of marketing works together, including how to enable sales to drive growth. As the first marketer, you will own messaging, positioning, sales enablement, and content strategy to help us grow awareness of Array and drive customer growth across several verticals, including Financial Services, FinTech, Banks, Employee Benefits, and Credit Services.
Marketing strategy: Set goals, plan, and prioritize across product & content marketing.
Execute on marketing plans: Do the work to support the broader Array team and hit our goals.
Cross-functional leadership: Provide the marketing perspective and serve as the liaison between product and GTM functions.
Ability to build out the marketing foundation: We do not have all of our tools, processes, and workflows build out yet. You will need to help build this out, figure out what works, and test and scale.
Product Marketing: Gain a deep understanding of our audience, develop our positioning and messaging, and communicate about the product and its benefits to our audience.
Content Marketing: Own the content calendar and tell the story of our brand and company in order to engage prospects, customers, candidates, and partners.
Brand: Collaborate on the company story and vision with the founding team and make sure our communications add value to our audience and maintain a high quality bar.
