The Sr. Director, Enterprise Sales will manage a national team of five Regional Digital Directors serving Regional Advertising Associations. This position will work closely with agency partners and OEMs to design and execute high performing media campaigns for digital and traditional media
What you will do:
Coach the team on building compelling proposals, presentations, and creative solutions. Develop and communicate these advertising strategies for regional and dealer group audiences to expand and sell products, promotions, and other activities that will build value in the program
Maintain a pipeline sufficient for delivering on and achieving assigned sales and revenue goals.
Develop accurate forecasts and participate in weekly internal guidance and business updates to Ansira Leadership Team
Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager position and engage with the National Sales Operations team at Sincro Headquarters to ensure delivery and campaign performance targets are achieved
Maintain support for top-level VIP dealer clients through troubleshooting issues and coordination with the integration teams that may be developing unique deliverables for these dealers.
Maintain a balance of relationships across OEMs, Agencies, and Dealers and know how to work across these Client groups seamlessly and cohesively as one team.
Provide primary contact for Advertising/Marketing operations to ensure consistent and complete implementation of all stakeholder priorities.

Requirements:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience
25% Travel required
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising or relative equivalent discipline
Masters preferred
Automotive Sales and Service with dealer contact and OEM experience a plus
Developing Training and Communications
Project management of multiple large and complex business process projects
Experience influencing others
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Leading direct report team members and coordination with other departments
