Schools purchase and deploy their technology solutions largely when students are away, making the summer months our most busy season. In order to maintain high customer engagement, we require the temporary assistance of smart, enthusiastic employees who share the same passion.

The role will focus on the processing of customer orders, renewals, and updating the web-based system that manages the orders. This is a very important role and will have a great impact on the customer success team. This role is a full time (40 hours per week), temporary role.

• Monitor inbox for customer orders, communications and escalations
• Review customer orders against internal system entry, escalate and resolve discrepancies
• Work with Customer Success team to follow up on outstanding orders
• Interface with Logistics, Sales Ops, and Finance team to ensure orders contain necessary data for proper fulfillment, billing, and reporting
• Conduct special projects relating to the web-based customer management system.
• Provide feedback on how to streamline process for accuracy and efficiency
• Interface with CDW team to assist with custom orders

Ideal Requirements:

• Experience with Google productivity suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
• Previously worked effectively with remote, distributed teams.
• Experience working with CRM like Salesforce
