Product Manager

Ambra Health, a leading medical data and image management SaaS company, is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Product team. The Ambra cloud platform is designed to serve as the backbone of imaging innovation and progress for healthcare providers. As a Product Manager at Ambra, you will drive the development of new functionality and improvements to existing features. This role is part of the Product team and requires close collaboration with other departments such as Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. You will also work with customers to identify areas for product growth. You will manage the product backlog and prioritize development efforts for your team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop both short and long-term product roadmap strategy and communicate this strategy internally across departments.
• Work closely with the Development team to lead the execution of this strategy throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop a solid knowledge of the Ambra software system to best understand how the product can be developed to address customer needs.
• Gather product requirements from customers and prioritize them within the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Sales teams on future product enhancements.
• Work with the Compliance team to implement quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of product management experience (healthcare or medical industry strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of the principles of software development and familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
• Experience working with customers and understanding user requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
