POSITION OVERVIEWThe Reservation Executive - China Market handles reservation enquiries received by any available medium and provides reservations and concierge services over phone and email to Aman portfolio of resorts. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, the successful candidate prepares statistical reports using system resources such as Opera, Salesforce and call management systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Constantly build & discuss with management on techniques / strategies to increase revenue from key markets assigned. (e.g. USA, Japan, Europe East & West, UK, with focus on China & Taiwan) 不断建立并与管理层讨论技术/战略,以增加指定关键市场的收入。(例如,美国、日本、欧洲东部和西部、英国,重点是中国和中国台湾)。
- Close sales, upsell & cross sell to the best available resources and ability 以最佳的资源和能力完成销售、促销和交叉销售
- Ensure that SOPs are followed and kept refreshed at all times确保遵循标准作业程序,并随时保持更新。
- Build close relationships with fellow Amansanti's (fellow Aman colleagues) at properties and corporate offices 与酒店和总部办公室的安缦同事建立密切的关系
- Prepare weekly and monthly conversion, occupancy and availability reports. Assist preparing production / occupancy. revenue reports on demand if requested by management 准备每周和每月的转换率、入住率和可用性报告。如果管理层要求,协助准备产量/入住率和收入报告

- Work together with the fellow team members of Aman Central Reservation Team (ACR) and Resorts to ensure highest possible reservation services to all Aman guests and Trade partners. etc 与安缦中央预订中心(ACR)和度假村的其他团队成员合作,确保为所有安缦客人和贸易伙伴提供尽可能最高水准的预订服务等。
- Ensure that the reservations systems and the data entered into the systems are accurate and are aligned with the SOPs in place 确保预订系统和输入系统的数据是准确的,并与现有的SOP相一致。
- Ensure any and all enquiries received by ACR are looked after as per the guidelines set by the company 确保ACR收到的任何所有查询都能按照公司规定的准则得到处理。

QUALIFICATIONS- Relevant work experience preferably in a similar role 在类似的岗位上有相关的工作经验
- Hospitality education preferable 接受过酒店业教育者优先
- Understanding of market trends 了解市场趋势
- Strong problem-solving abilities 较强的解决问题能力
- Highly responsible and reliable 高度的责任心和可靠性
