Learning and Development Manager

As a Learning & Development Manager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximize the learning & development activities and ensure an exceptional guest journey.

• Plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs that will equip employees with relevant knowledge and skills to ensure that they offer the required Aman standard ( Aman Seva and Brand Promises ) level of service to our guests and clients in all our Business Units.
• Design and develop a career development system for all staff that will allow for acknowledgement of skills levels, provide a systematic process of career development with a succession plan for staff in an attempt to optimise skills levels, increased productivity and staff satisfaction in an attempt to retain critical skill and reduce staff turnover.
• Assist the design and implementation of corporate philosophy, implement and monitor service quality assurance and compliance with Brand standards.
• Design, create or ensure that all departments in our Business Units have clear Standard Operating Procedures in place that relates to our Erth brand standards and operational needs
• Improve Guest and Client satisfaction and staff engagement levels through whole company.
• Facilitate Aman induction and On-The-Job Training and implement, train and develop departmental trainers to assist with general day to day training initiatives
• Set-up and implement the annual training and development plan within budget parameters.
• Assist to Human Resources Manager with implementation of Performance appraisal function and after implementation lead the same.
• To carry out any other reasonable and lawful request directed by the Management.

• Degree in Management.
• At least 05 years’ experience in 5-star Hotel in same role. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Problem Resolution, Brand acumen decision making, managing change.
