Responsibilities
Take Ownership of production issues reported by internal and external users
Root cause analysis of the issues reported
Setup and follow the process for handling the issues reported
Prepare Technical documentations wherever necessary
Suggest improvements to the product based on the reported issues
Contribute in developing tools to make the process automations
Assist internal and external users with technical issues and queries
Requirements
Bachelors in Computer Science or a related discipline
2+ years of work experience as a Product Support Engineer
Hands-on experience with multiple OS environments
Proficiency in writing SQL queries
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with remote desktop applications like AnyDesk and ticketing systems
