Our virtual events platform is most suited for community managers, event organizers and marketers.
Job Responsibilities
Work with sales and marketing leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement initiatives.
Determine sales enablement content priorities with sales and marketing stakeholders.
Create sales collaterals and content to enable sales teams to pitch and win deals better.
Ensure consistent messaging across websites, sales collaterals, and other initiatives led by the enablement pod.
Enable sales reps through regular training and own up initiatives to onboard new sales members to the team seamlessly.
Communicate enablement content strategy and KPIs to stakeholders and build a trusted relationship with sales teams worldwide.
Consistently track and optimize the performance of all enablement initiatives: Sales collaterals, communication, training, etc.
Map sales content to the buyer journey, identify gaps, and provide solutions.
Facilitate asset creation and manage the content production process.
Gather feedback and continuously optimize the enablement content strategy.
Maintain sales enablement content repository to ensure it is easily accessible.
Offer frequent enablement sessions to launch collaterals and help them use the right collaterals on their calls and email exchanges with the customer/prospect.
Desired Experience And Skills
3+ years of experience in SaaS
A storyteller who is skilled in wrapping the product’s value propositions in a tale for the target market and buyer personas
Ability to effectively lead, inspire, and mentor team members
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies
Experience working with a highly scaling sales environment is a plus
Experience with content management and learning management systems
An eye for detail and design
Excellent communication skills
Fast learner
