As an Account Executive (Fr), you know the pain points of fiduciaries and SMEs, have good empathy, can express yourself well, are convincing and have a good intuition for the design and implementation of lean processes.
These are your tasks and responsibilities
- Conducting product demos and webinars for potential clients in the Romandie
- Accompanying customers after the first contact, to the preparation of offers, up to the handover to the onboarding team
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for potential product enhancements and contract renewals
- Gathering customer requirements and characteristics in preparation for onboarding
- Share responsibility for achieving revenue and close targets
- Drive the automation of sales processes
- Maintaining the CRM tool and other information systems in order to be able to create appropriate forecasts and reports
What we expect
- Sales experience (preferably in SaaS B2B)
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to identify the needs of our future customers at an early stage
- Positive attitude coupled with a deep analytical mindset
- Sense of responsibility and a very quick grasp
- Ability to communicate complex problems and issues in a simple and understandable way
- Accounting experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM solutions such as HubSpot or Salesforce would be an advantage
- Fluent in French and good English skills
