Job description
Seeks a Account Assistant to join our growing team. Candidate should have the Knowledge in basic accounting, Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite), Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job responsibilities
*Monitoring & keeping financial information related to Invoice, Bills, Account payables
& Receivables.
*Assist to complete financial report on regular basis and providing information to the finance team.
*Preparing cash flows weekly & monthly and monthly budget and yearly budgets.
*Completing bank reconciliation.
* Assist in the closure of financial accounts, consolidation and reporting requirements.
*Managing day-to-day transactions including receipts & payments.
*Handling & maintenance of Petty cash payments.
*Handling & posting Accounting Entries.
*posting month end entries.
*check the accuracy and compute customer / Suppliers account balances.
Job requirements
* Age between 25 - 40
* Experience in a Similar capacity is preferred.
* Fully or part qualifications in financial.
* Proficiency of MS office Suite (MS-Excel , MS-Office)
* Excellent communication skills
* Hands on experience in Accounting software will be an added advantage
