Senior Frontend React Engineer

AccelOne is looking for a talented Senior Frontend Engineer with an advanced English level to be part of an important international project.

AccelOne provides Outsourced IT resources to companies in the US and Latin America from their HQ in Kirkland, WA with offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina. • Proficiently deliver features in the client's technology of choice in a timely and high-quality manner
• Mentor fellow team members, providing code reviews and guidance on implementation strategies
• Advocate for best practices & design patterns to ensure high-performing, maintainable applications
• Evaluate proposed solutions to business requirements, and guide the team and/or client if there is a better solution
• Be a subject matter expert on frontend implementations, including working with design teams and web services teams to ensure usability, modular code/components, and scalable solutions
• Have discussions with business stakeholders, understand their business, and translate business requirements to technical requirements
• Evaluate and make recommendations on build processes
• Demonstrate full life-cycle ownership of software and will work to instill this same responsibility in other team members by example

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field, or relevant experience
• 3-5 years of JavaScript / Node.js development
• At least two years of React development and experience leading a team of frontend engineers
• Demonstrate proficiency in delivering code to production
• Have a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life-cycles, and in particular Agile development approaches
• Proven ability to create relationships with clients and establish a dialog around the project to inform work
• Proven ability to mentor other team members
