Responsible for a seamless delivery of services to Clients.
Create and manage a full-scale service delivery and resource planning schedule for staff augmentation engagements and project management engagements.
Tight coordination of activities with internal areas of the company (Sales, Human Resources, Project Managers and Team Leaders).
Ensure proactive monitoring of key deliverables and milestones of the engagements contracted by the Client.
Ensure necessary steps and dependencies to deliver services and releases.
Escalate key issues and concerns to ensure proactive mitigation of conflict with the client and team.
Identify client issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders.
Financial analysis (mainly revenue, cost, margin and profit, other KPIs)
Work with cross-discipline team members to validate assumptions and review individual plans with senior leadership.
Take ownership of critical incidents in the service delivery (not daily operations), coordinate with resolution parties and establishing effective communication between stakeholders
Support Sales and PreSales process.
Support Team Leaders and Project Managers when required.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience in service/project/program management in the software product cycle driving features from initial planning and design, to implementation and release.
Native English Speaker.
Strong leader and decision maker with at least 4 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary digital teams (preferably software and web development).
Possesses extensive experience in the basics of service delivery / team leaderships / project management (estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning).
Strong teaching skills with the ability to mentor and train your direct reports.
Excellent business communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the enterprise and to teams of varying disciplines.
Ability to clearly, proactively, and directly communicate directly with clients, customers and key project stakeholders.
