Our consumer app, LTK, is the largest influencer-driven shopping platform used by millions of shoppers every month to find new styles and products curated by influencers all over the world. As Senior Product Manager, Consumer Conversion, you will be part of a growth-hungry, acceleration-minded team of problem-solvers and product-builders. In this role you will work closely with engineering, design, other product managers, and product insights colleagues to define and implement our conversion strategy; helping users experience and understand our core value proposition, build confidence in products they purchase, and experience a world-class purchasing journey.

- Product delivery: you are great at working closely with your immediate team (engineering, design, etc.) to quickly, iteratively, and effectively turn good specs into working products.
- Product Quality: you are able to identify, prioritize, and resolve technical, functional, and business quality issues across all applicable devices and use cases.
- Fluency with data: you are comfortable with using data to generate actionable insights, leveraging those insights to achieve product goals, and connecting those quantified goals to meaningful outcomes for the business.
- Voice of the customer: you are excited to leverage user feedback in all forms (from casual conversations to formal studies) to understand how users engage with the product, make better decisions, and drive meaningful outcomes for the business.
- User experience design: you are able to define requirements and deliver UX designs in collaboration with the design team.
- Business outcome ownership: you want to drive meaningful outcomes for the business by connecting product functionality and goals to team and company strategic objectives.
- Product vision and road mapping: you are able and excited to define an overall vision for your area of the product that connects to team and company strategy. You are able to work with stakeholders and colleagues to define a clear roadmap of prioritized features and initiatives that deliver against that vision.
- Strategic impact: you want to understand and contribute to the business strategy for the team and company overall. It means bringing strategy to fruition through consistent delivery of business outcomes.
- Communication: You are comfortable with executive-level tracking and reporting. You also enjoy cross-functional collaboration and work.
Functional requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; your major can be anything - we love diverse educational backgrounds
- Demonstrable record of professional and academic achievements
- 5+ years of work experience
- 4+ years of work experience in B2C product management, eCommerce is preferred
- Some mobile experience
- Experience working with multiple product lines and/or international experience with product lines is a plus
- Experience with agile/scrum methodology
