About our Team:
Our Brand Platform business drives over $2B in annual sales. More than 5,000 retailers and 1M brands across the world including Nordstrom and Walmart choose LTK to deliver their influencer marketing programs at scale. Our Platform is utilized by our brands to manage influencer relationships and campaigns.
The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Brand Platform to own a Product Line within the LTK Brand Platform, a digital Ad platform that connects Advertisers and influencers, empowering them to collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns. The successful candidate must have 5+ years experience with Ad Tech Platforms, with experience scaling a SaaS Ad Marketplace Platform strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Research, understand and keep current on the industry, business, competitors, financials, tech, product vision and strategy
- Define short and long term product roadmap, owning processes for intake, prioritization, update, reporting
- Define product requirements, collaborating with cross functional sprint teams, defining epics, stories, acceptance test criteria
- Drive collaborative, cross-team product development with a team of engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Be the voice of the customer through direct contact, collaboration with marketing and business
- Clearly and concisely communicate to executives, teams and stakeholders
- Define and implement analytics to drive a data driven decision making process, maintaining, and managing the life cycle of experiments and cycle of customer data driven improvement
- Set ambitious goals, tracking and reporting progress and taking accountability for executing to plan
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for personas relevant to the product line, leading strategy and execution in partnership with other teams and strategic partners.
Key Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of PM experience, ideally with deep experience in Ad Tech platforms with strong hands on experience in digital ad tech industry and social ad channels
- Understanding of Ad Tech and SaaS product design and growth strategies
- Mix of entrepreneurial and large enterprise experience with ability to define product in an emerging space
- Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of Web Analytics, engagement KPI's and a mature understanding of how to build business cases, measure benefits and communicate results to Sr. Leadership
- Relevant agile software development with proven track record of delivering successful customer facing site features and improvements
- Deep understanding of, and empathy for users
- Experienced in Project management software (Jira, Shortcut, etc) and able to transition projects seamlessly from executive scope conversation to executable backlog for engineering teams.
- Ability to lead, inspire, project manage, drive and get things done in a startup environment
- Must have extremely strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop internal and external relationships; collaborating across multiple business and technology functions, relationship building and consensus building are essential
