Title: SEO and AppStore Manager, Consumer Marketing

Reports to: Sr. Director, Growth Marketing
The Role:
The SEO and AppStore Manager, Consumer Marketing for LTK is responsible for improving organic search rankings and maintaining compelling App Store pages. This role will partner with the product teams to identify key value propositions within app releases to market in App Store listings. This role will also partner closely with multiple internal business units to ensure alignment between web content and organic keyword searches, providing recommendations to the content team for development. The SEO manager is responsible for improving organic search rankings to contribute to user acquisition goals.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and can focus on tactical elements while not losing sight of big-picture strategy. The candidate should be creative and have a knack for identifying out-of-the-box creative solutions and be keen at developing and maintaining relationships..
The primary goals of this position are:

- GMV contribution
- Channel health
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Own and operate LTK’s SEO efforts and App Store updates in close collaboration with additional business units and team members
- Manage, monitor and update App Store content for LTK apps
- Partner with Product and Marketing team to identify appropriate timing for updates, as well as most compelling content for inclusion
- Complete regular audits of LTK websites, producing and then acting on recommendations to improve organic search performance
- Partner closely with Content team to share insights for content development that align with user search trends and behaviors
- Provide regular recommendations for website improvement, aligning with the goal of improving organic search ranking
- Partner with Principal, Paid Media to align paid search strategy with organic search strategy
- Lead initiatives for best practices for search engine optimization
- Collaborate with counterparts in Brand and Influencer business units for best overall results

- Strong entrepreneurial skills with the ability to work independently, translate macro. multi-channel marketing strategies into action, and collaborate to produce results.
- Ability to quickly pivot and shift between priorities without losing focus.
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
- 3-5 years of experience directly managing digital marketing campaigns, directly specializing in search engine optimization at a growth ecommerce/DTC/Retail organization
- Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and improvement in organic search rankings
- Experience working within MarTech solutions, including analytic tools/dashboards.
- Experience planning, placing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Experience analyzing KPIs and producing thoughtful reporting insights.
- Strong analytical background with the ability to measure and mitigate risk while still providing opportunities to innovate.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills.
