Title: Paid Media Specialist, Consumer Marketing
Location: Remote Reports to: Paid Media Manager
The Role:
The Paid Media Specialist for LTK is responsible for supporting and delivering growth and scale specifically through our paid media channels. Accountable for operations support for paid media channels to reach customers throughout the funnel. This role is also accountable for supporting reporting and AdOps needs to ensure goals are being met and providing recommendations for scale, in partnership with the Performance Media Manager and Principal, Paid Media.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for building consumer-facing direct response campaigns and the technology to support them from the ground up, while being a strong self-starter. The candidate should be analytical and possess the ability to build infrastructure to support the development, launch and measurement of paid media campaigns on both an evergreen basis and in conjunction with the annual sales and campaign calendars.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Provide operations support for the strategy and day-to-day execution of paid media efforts
- Act as liaison between internal divisions to develop and deliver on sellable-media recommendations for brand partners
- Assist with identifying and developing best practices across growth media channels and initiatives
- Leverage data and performance analytics to accelerate improvements in overall paid media performance and consumer acquisition
- Provide clear and regular reporting on performance and channel operations
- Generate thoughtful analysis of paid media campaigns, inclusive of offline brand awareness channels, ensuring KPIs are met (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Maintaining paid media flowcharts, budget trackers, creative grids and content calendars specific to media partnership with daily/weekly/monthly campaign reporting
Professional Characteristics:
- Experience in media investment strategies and being accountable to strict ROI metrics
- Technical experience as it relates to ad-server implementation and operations, tagging, trafficking, MarTech, use of 1st/3rd party data to drive performance, performance tracking and more
- Able to perform granular performance analytics, with understanding of multi-touch attribution modeling, in order to support paid media optimizations and strategies
- Strong entrepreneurial skills with the ability to work independently, translate macro multi-channel marketing strategies into action, and collaborate to produce results
- Ability to quickly pivot and shift between priorities without losing focus
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communications
- 2+ years of experience with paid media and reporting initiatives, including A/B testing
- Experience working within MarTech solutions, including analytic tools/dashboards
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and project management skills
- Strong written skills; ability to turn data into actionable stories
- Strong analytical background with the ability to measure and mitigate risk while still providing opportunities to innovate
- Strong understanding of paid media strategies, executions and optimizations
- Experience analyzing paid media KPIs and producing thoughtful reporting insights as it relates to paid media
- Retail, app technology and B2C experience preferred
- Natural bar-raiser; a “can-do” attitude, proactive, organized and thoughtful are absolute musts
