What you’ll do
As a revops analyst, you will play a vital role in optimizing when i work’s revenue generating operations by creating processes and implementing systems in conjunction with the sales, customer success, marketing, finance, and legal teamsYou are the hub where all revenue generating operations come togetherYou will serve as the resident crm expert and enable the company to take full advantage of relevant tools and systems to facilitate lead flow and funnel managementYou will do this by architecting how each system, or piece of software, utilized by when i work interacts with our lead funnel to ensure coordination and maximal impactYou will also live in the data, creating reports and analyses to provide actionable insight to various team members throughout when i work.
Synthesize outputs from multiple systems into actionable, data-driven processes and strategies
Partner with marketing team to monitor and report on funnel operations and performance, and ensure application of appropriate actions
Serve as product manager for sales and success teams, gathering requirements and distilling feedback into technical solutions to optimize team’s effectiveness and efficiency
Work with various systems to create reports and analyses to provide insight into opportunity generation, lead quality and flow, and team performance
Communicate across multiple departments to coordinate and ensure alignment of effort to meet and exceed when i work goals
Partner with sales team to create and implement training materials and processes to ensure adherence to best practices
Ensure data quality within crm and related systems by creating effective workflows and audit reports
Ensure proper processes and systems are in place to support our cross-organizational efforts to scale
Identify, evaluate, and implement new systems, processes, or tools needed to meet company objectives
Support integration of new marketing tools, channels, and lead gen sources
Who you are
You are an operationally minded sales and/or marketing professional with a knack for applying technology and systems to revenue generating processesYou have excellent communication skills and are just as comfortable gathering requirements from non-technical business users as you are architecting solutions and communicating these requirements to engineersYou have a strong track record of driving superb performance in sales and marketing functionsYou never stop asking why, constantly forming and testing hypotheses, making sure to validate all assumptions with dataYou are equally able to grasp the big picture, and the various components working towards that endYou are insightful, resourceful, motivated, and find fulfillment by enabling others.
Experience and skills needed
Experience in software or technology sales, saas implementation, mobile apps or cloud software
Experience implementing and configuring crm, sales, and success tools such as hubspot, gong, and zendesk.
Technology savvy, mobile domain expertise, and ability to quickly learn new technologies
Proven ability to engage across internal corporate functions (marketing, support, product, development and executive teams)
Excellent organization and time management skills
Bachelor degree requiredBusiness or technical degree preferred.
What would be awesome to have
Experience managing budgets and/or quotas for sales teams
Understanding of workforce management solutions, human resource management software and payroll applications
Experience managing inbound and outbound lead funnels
Quota carrying experience in software or technology sales, saas implementation, mobile apps or cloud software
