What you’ll do
As a sales & success operations analyst (os) you will play a vital role in supporting, evaluating, and documenting processes, tools, and data inputs for both sales and successThis role will work collaboratively with other departments to drive operational improvementsAs a natural problem solver will focus heavily on streamlining our sales and customer success processes in an effort to increase revenue attainment and retentionThe os will also act as the data steward to ensure collection of the most valuable insights on our prospects and customers while maintaining strong data governance best practices.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales & customer success teams.
Assist finance and sales leaders in creating, reporting and auditing commission plans.
Assist in the design and tracking of sales contests and spiffs.
Assist vice president of sales & success in managing team budgets.
Processes & workflows
Lead change management efforts to support the rollout of new processes.
Assist sales & success leaders with territory planning and customer portfolio creation.
Support sales team enablement by compiling content for onboarding, training, and playbooks.
Collaborate with the when i work data & revops teams to ensure sales and success crm needs are being met.
Sales tools management
Serve as point of contact for sales and success tools including but not limited to: hubspot, gong, zoominfo, linkedin sales navigator, and calendly.
Assist with optimization of the sales & success tech stack by vetting tools and resources to optimize performance.
Who you are
You are an operationally minded sales and/or customer success professional who has a knack for process documentation and a love of technologyYou are a troubleshooter and able to analyze problems and jump in to help find a resolutionYou are the ultimate multi-tasker and are motivated by contributing to multiple projects at a time.
Experience and skills needed
3+ years sales or success operations experience
1+ years experience in an operations role working with hubspot crm.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training required
Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prowess for problem solving
What would be awesome to have
Experience administering or implementing sales tools including: gong, zoominfo, linkedin sales navigator, and calendly
