RESPONSIBILITIES
Cover the first level of SRE activities before engaging with experienced SMEs.
Implement best-practice methods and procedures for continual improvement.
In cloud-based setups, manage accessibility, application level, OS level security, infrastructure scaling, and cost optimization.
Maintain documentation, including architecture procedures, and other relevant data of each deployment.
In the scope of Incident management, provide on-call support and engage with customer/external vendors to troubleshoot issues
within the deployment.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science preferred).
Minimum of 3 years experience in the IT industry and minimum 1-year experience in providing Support.
Experience in supporting mission-critical/high-up time systems.
Experience in working on Linux/Unix environments.
Experience in AWS/GCP cloud environment administration and knowledge of Kubernetes would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of WSO2 technologies - WSO2 AM, IS, ESB and El.
